Directions
From Providence:
Head north on Route 146 and begin to get in the right lane when you see signs for I-295 exit Take the exit for I-295 / Route 99 north. Follow this brief stretch of highway past the on ramp for I-295 and then exit onto Route 99 north. Follow this to the first stoplight you see and turn left onto Mendon Road. Mendon Road becomes Cumberland Hill Road. Drive for about 1.5 miles and the office is on your right.
From Milford:
Follow South Main Street out of town and turn right onto Route 126 south heading toward Woonsocket, RI. Route 126 becomes Pulaski Blvd. as you approach Woonsocket. Just before you enter into Rhode Island, turn left onto Bellingham Street. There is a Stop and Shop with a large parking lot on your right side just before you make this turn. Bellingham Street becomes Wood Street and this dead ends onto Cass Avenue. Turn right onto Cass Avenue and then left just ahead at the first light. Follow this road and through one light and the office is on your left about 50 yards past the light.
From Worcester:
Follow Route 146 south toward Woonsocket, RI. Take the Exit for Forestdale / Slatersville and merge onto 146A south. Follow this road for about three miles and turn left onto Park Avenue. Follow Park Ave until it dead ends onto Hamlet Avenue, then turn right. Follow Hamlet Avenue, staying left as you cross the rail road tracks. You will cross a bridge and turn right at this intersection. The office is just ahead on your left.

From Providence:
Take I-195 East to Exit 7 (Route 114 South toward Barrington)
After about 1 mile, you will see a large cemetery on the left side of the road. Move into the left lane and prepare to make a U-turn in the designated U-turn lane. After making the U-turn, immediately move into the right lane and then turn into our parking lot.
From Bristol, Warren, Barrington:
Follow Route 114 north heading toward Providence. The office is on the right side of the road located between the Mobil gas station and the Gates of Heaven Cemetery.
If you miss your turn and drive past the office, take the exit ramp off 114 just before the large Lottery sign. Follow this road straight for about a half mile then turn left onto the ramp that will bring you back down onto 114 S toward Barrington. See the Providence directions above for your remaining trip.
From Fall River, Swansea:
Take I-195 West to Exit 1 (Fall River Avenue / Route 114A South) This road ends at a traffic light at Route 6. Make a left at this light and then move into the right lane. Turn right at the first traffic light you see onto Mink Street. Follow Mink Street to the next light where you will turn right onto Wampanoag Trail. The office is just ahead on your right.
